DIEP Flap Breast Reconstruction with Revision Augmentation

I performed DIEP flap breast reconstruction on this lovely patient following a breast cancer diagnosis and bilateral skin sparing mastectomies. She returned a year later to have breast revision surgery using silicone implants to add more volume for natural appearing breasts that complimented her body shape nicely. While scars can be expected, this patients healed quite nicely and she was very pleased with her results. She later had 3D nipple and areola tattooing with our nurse, Ally.
